Our Story

Since 1895, the tradition of handcrafted duvets and covers in Meran/Merano has been carrying the name of our family.

In that year, right in the centre of town, Johann Mussner opened the linen shop that still is the core of our business nowadays.

In our iconic shop, completely renewed and expanded in 1996, three different generations of the Mussner family are working together: Heinrich, Martin and Florian, in a synthesis of experience, love for tradition and desire to innovate.

Our Philosophy

Our work of crafting and selecting high quality textiles is based on  our unique and broad experience, which comes from the perfect knowledge of every single material, a careful handcrafting and the attention for every detail.

The result is very high quality linen, specifically made to satisfy the requests of the most demanding clients, who desire custom-made and high quality products.

The Shop

In our large two-storey shop, located in right in the centre of Merano, in the elegant Via dei Portici, you will find the traditional range of duvets, covers, mattresses, pillows and a wide selection of home textiles and bath linen.

Our matching sets for bed, bathroom and kitchen are entirely made with high-quality natural fabrics. Our products, with both classic and modern designs, have an elegant and timeless style which gives personality to every room in your house.

Custom-made Duvets

Our duvets can be custom-made as well, according to your needs and likes. You can chose their dimensions, the type and colour of each fabric, the quality and quantity of feathers. This service is available only at our shop in Meran/Merano. You can ask us information by phone or by filling this form.
